Think Tank Hydrophobia D 70-200 V3 RealTree APX
The Think Tank Hydrophobia D 70-200 V3 in Realtree APX camouflage is a rain cover for a camera with a 70-200mm f/2.8 lens or a similar lens. In this Realtree APX version, the cover is ideal for nature and wildlife photographers, because it hardly stands out.
The cover has a three-layer construction of 210T nylon ripstop, polyurethane film and 70D nylon tricot. With the taped seams and a water-repellent coating, it protects your camera and lens against rain, snow, sand and dust. Two drawstring sleeves give you direct access to the camera, and via a large window you read the LCD screen and the controls.
A rainproof cover protects the front lens element, and a non-slip, adjustable strap pulls the cover tight onto the lens hood. The cover has an integrated shoulder strap with which you carry the camera on your shoulder, and which you can replace with your own strap.
You also use the cover on a tripod. At the bottom there is a pocket for the eyepiece. The eyepiece flap folds open as a sun hood, or protects the viewfinder against rain and dust. The eyepiece is sold separately and is needed to use the viewfinder properly. The cover folds up into the included carrying pouch. It fits cameras with a 24-70mm f/2.8, 70-200mm f/2.8, 80-400mm f/5-6.3 or 100-400mm f/5-6.3 and is suitable for all Nikon and Canon DSLR cameras and some Sony and Olympus DSLR cameras. The fit depends on the lens and the eyepiece.
