  • Warm golden flares
  • Requires a separately available Moment case with T-Series Drop-In lens mount

Moment Anamorphic 1.55x Mobile Lens II - T-Series / Gold Flare

Want to shoot videos with your smartphone that look like film? The Moment Anamorphic 1.55x Mobile Lens II compresses the image horizontally by 1.55x. This way, the phone captures a wider image at a higher resolution. After de-squeezing with common apps, you get a cinematic image with the recognisable anamorphic feel.

After de-squeezing, the image becomes 2.76:1. The Gold42 version is inspired by the ISCO Iscorama 42 and by multicoated anamorphic lenses, in which blue reflections are suppressed more strongly. This shifts the flare to amber and gold. As a result, you get warm tones in daylight and richer colours at sunset or in artificial light. The lens has a multi-layer anti-reflective coating. The lens design is intended for filmmakers: the images become slightly softer at the edges, which suits the anamorphic look.

The lens has the T-Series bayonet mount and works with a Moment case with T-Series Drop-In lens mount (sold separately). T-Series is intended for newer phones, such as the iPhone 14 through 17. The older M-Series fits the iPhone 13 and older. According to B&H, the lens also fits Pixel and Samsung phones, with the right case.
