The JJC LH-SH165 Lens Hood for Sony is designed for the Sony FE 24 mm F2.8 G (SEL24F28G), FE 40 mm F2.5 G (SEL40F25G) or FE 50 mm F2.5 G (SEL50F25G) lens.

JJC LH-SH165 Lens Hood for Sony

The lens hood is made from ABS material, making it sturdy and durable. The interior is matt to further reduce light flares entering the lens.

The lens hood features a square, tapered design at the front that is compact and refined. When attached, this lens hood causes no vignetting and does not affect the use of 49mm filters or lens caps. In addition, by extending the end of the lens, it effectively prevents excess stray light from entering the lens. The extended end also provides extra protection for the lens in the event of an accidental knock. The JJC LH-SH165 replaces the original Sony ALC-SH165 and ALC-SH166.
