Maintenance & Cleaning

Upkeep & Cleaning

We are frequently confronted with substandard lenses at our Service Department or in second-hand procurement and photo print drop-off, caused by little or no upkeep. Despite protection offered by lens caps, hoods and cases, rain, dust, dirt, greasy fingers and knocked-over drinks regularly succeed in impeding lens performance.

With upkeep accessories you:

• lower the chance of reflections and other hindering factors
• retain smooth mechanical functioning by removing dirt
• retain your camera/lens' optimal exchange value

Tip:

And, if you're out and about, a cleaning kit in your camera bag will stand you in good stead for any potential mishaps and/or unavoidable dirt or rain during shooting.
